Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Respond to and remediate security incidents promptly.
- Enforce security policies, procedures, and access controls.
- Provide security awareness training and support to staff.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure infrastructure security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS).
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, or similar).
- Relevant certification (CISSP, Security+, CEH) preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a part-time capacity.
