Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance auditing.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze cloud usage patterns and implement strategies to optimize infrastructure costs without compromising performance.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system health using tools like CloudWatch or Datadog and resolve incidents promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for infrastructure architecture and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Professional preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and virtualization (VMware/VirtualBox).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
