Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
- Perform both manual and automated regression testing on web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and resolve critical issues.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends to drive quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing within the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with API testing (Postman).
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document technical findings clearly.
