Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and user feedback in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn advanced troubleshooting methodologies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
