Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools like Jira.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform manual testing, regression testing, and functional testing to ensure product quality.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
- Document test results and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
- Maintain and update test scripts and documentation to support continuous integration processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and verification.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Appium) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
