Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
