Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our clients.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Debug complex issues and perform troubleshooting during the night cycle to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers to define feature requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions to ensure best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two backend programming languages.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
