Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with California-based teams on cross-regional data initiatives
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve operational efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and cloud platforms
- Support night-shift operations with real-time data monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in night-shift environments (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-regional collaboration
- Willingness to relocate to Tampa, FL with relocation assistance
