Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Generate daily performance reports and predictive analytics for supply chain optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality checks and automated validation protocols
- Support 24/7 operations by providing overnight data coverage during peak business hours
- Develop ad-hoc analyses to support urgent business initiatives and incident resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions during overnight shifts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
