- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and technical support
- Provide user training on network best practices and security protocols
- Perform regular network upgrades and system backups
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
