Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Resolve network outages and connectivity issues within SLA targets
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Meraki preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field equivalent
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
