Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios
- Document network topology and configuration changes
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VLAN segmentation and VPNs
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Collaborate with cloud engineers for hybrid network solutions
- Conduct regular network vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS networking services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours on-call rotation
