Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document incidents, solutions, and processes in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Support asset management and inventory control procedures
- Learn and implement cloud service solutions (Azure/AWS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional site visits
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Network+ within 6 months
