Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular network audits to ensure system integrity and security compliance.
- Manage local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for remote and on-site employees.
- Document network configurations and update technical drawings and diagrams.
- Respond to and resolve network outages and connectivity issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or CCNP are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista networking equipment.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote-friendly setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
