Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for network connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols and compliance measures
- Deliver user training on new software systems and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in various environments (office/server rooms)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications within first 6 months
