Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to verify fixes and prevent future issues.
- Document test results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) Testing.
- Experience with manual testing, including functional, regression, and edge-case testing.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Appium) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing (Postman) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
