Responsibilities
- Monitor security events using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and incident response investigations
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security documentation and incident response plans
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Stay current on emerging threats and regulatory compliance (NIST, FISMA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity analysis or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Experience with network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
