Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls across client sites
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using advanced troubleshooting tools
- Implement and manage VPN connections and secure remote access solutions
- Perform network monitoring and proactively address performance bottlenecks
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on network security protocols
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and network routing protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong problem-solving skills with systematic troubleshooting approach
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- CCNP certification preferred
