Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain and improve data governance frameworks
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
