Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network changes and maintain accurate configuration records
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybrid network integrations
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network-related incidents
- Lead network upgrade projects and technology refresh initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CCIE preferred)
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud)
- Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
