Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify bugs and usability issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and documentation for new features
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Track defects using JIRA and provide detailed reports
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience with SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB certification a plus
