Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools like Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Resolve network outages and connectivity issues with SLA adherence
- Document network changes and configurations in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability assessments
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network implementations
- Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or willingness to obtain certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
