Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and security.
- Perform routine maintenance on routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents and service tickets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade network infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista networking equipment.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
