Job Overview
The Network Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of our corporate network. You will ensure that our systems remain up and running efficiently to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network architectures and configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve network hardware and software issues with minimal downtime.
- Perform regular network audits, security checks, and performance tuning.
- Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and change logs for compliance and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support server and storage infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in network administration or technical support.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSI Model, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
- Experience with Aruba, Cisco, or Juniper networking equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
