Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Provide technical support to end-users via ticketing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for LAN/WAN environments
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in elevated spaces
