Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across diverse environments
- Implement security protocols to protect network integrity against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable network solutions
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for network-related incidents

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
