Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance to identify issues and implement solutions to maintain high availability.
- Ensure network security protocols are strictly followed and updated regularly.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding network usage and troubleshooting.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network hardware and software.
Qualifications
- Valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Proficiency in configuring firewalls and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
