- Provide remote and on-site technical support for network-related user requests
- Conduct regular network maintenance and system backups
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience required
- CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent network expertise
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedule availability
