Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with team on network upgrades and security implementations
- Monitor network performance and optimize bandwidth usage
- Provide on-site technical support for network-related problems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki equipment
