Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design goals
- Execute usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Create user journey maps and information architecture documentation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design processes
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset
- Available 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
