Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across multiple platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design rationale effectively
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on existing products and features
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional UX experience
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies and measurable outcomes
- Experience with user research techniques including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proficiency in creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
