Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network architecture and create SOPs for team reference
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Provide Tier-3 support during critical outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- Proficiency in VLAN configuration, VPN setup, and QoS policies
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
