Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios tools
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and security protocols (ACLs, IPSec)
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure deployments
- Provide Tier 3 support for network outages and incidents
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent Cisco certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto)
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
