You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of our enterprise network infrastructure. What You Will Do
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance to ensure uptime and security.
- Perform regular system audits and maintenance upgrades.
- Respond to and resolve network connectivity issues and outages.
- Document network configurations and changes accurately.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to implement network improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and network protocols.
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and structured cabling.
- Ability to lift and move network hardware equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
