We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our enterprise network systems. This hybrid role offers remote flexibility with on-site collaboration at our downtown KC hub.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco routers/switches and wireless infrastructure
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve security incidents
- Support VoIP systems and cloud-based collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams)
- Document network changes and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with IT team on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet VPNs
- Strong Windows Server 2019+ and Linux administration skills
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours
