Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks including Cisco switches/routers
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve hardware/software issues with network devices and end-user systems
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN/firewall systems (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Document network infrastructure changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on Azure/AWS network integration
- Provide Tier-3 support during critical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, and OSPF protocols
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory management skills
- Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible) preferred
- CompTIA Network+ Security+ certifications
- Ability to travel 1-2 days/month to Virginia Beach HQ
