Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and optimize system efficiency
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide Tier-2 support for network-related user inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
