Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or CCNA preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
