Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems and network hardware
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network upgrades
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for network-related incidents
- Manage VPN systems and remote access solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in network administration
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in routing, switching, and TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with firewall management (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
