Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats

- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network issues

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper hardware and TCP/IP protocols
