Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN/WAN/WLAN environments
- Document network topology and configuration changes
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Perform network upgrades during maintenance windows
- Train junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN management
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and SDN technologies
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
