Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Conduct user interviews and create journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities
- Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and improve conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
