Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and resolve outages within SLA
- Implement VPN solutions and security protocols (ACLs, VLANs, firewalls)
- Document network architecture using Visio and maintain IPAM systems
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure integration
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
- Conduct capacity planning and bandwidth optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CCIE preferred)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and multicast routing
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, etc.)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- BS in Computer Science or related field
