Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/PRTG and troubleshoot outages
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection)
- Document network changes and maintain up-to-date topology diagrams
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for VoIP systems and cloud services
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/JNCIA certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP)
- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud networking environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex issues
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
