Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver seamless user journeys
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
