Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design iterations.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, securing buy-in for the creative vision.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic prototyping is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
