Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across Cisco and Juniper infrastructures
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and VPN access
- Document network changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture implementations
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet security appliances
- Knowledge of VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong diagnostic skills using Wireshark and ping tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
