Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement security protocols including VPN, ACLs, and intrusion detection
- Document network topology, changes, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) for hybrid network solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical network outages
- Manage VLANs, subnetting, and IP address allocation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CCIE preferred)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Strong Linux/Windows Server administration skills
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
