- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with quarterly updates
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive trends
- Build scenario-planning models for high-impact uncertainties
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
