Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security controls for cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response and digital forensics investigations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security awareness programs for enterprise clients
- Monitor SOC dashboards and triage security alerts
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline integration
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CEH with active maintenance
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure security services
- Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks
- Excellent written communication for policy documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 SOC environment
